MACE Media Group, Events Division, Welcomes New President

SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA, NOVEMBER 2, 2018– MACE Media Group announced today that Adam Headley has been named President of the Events Division effective November 1, 2018. MACE Media Group’s Event Division produces The CBD Expo Tour, Concentration 2019 (Terpenes and Testing World Conference), CannaFarm Con and the Cannabinoid + Natural Products Expo.

“The naming of a President comes at a time when our business is at its strongest. We will continue to advance our strategy internally while in tandem managing the dynamic and challenging landscape of the cannabis publishing and events industry.” said Celeste Miranda, MACE Media Group’s Founder & CEO.

Miranda added, “The addition of a President will also enable the current Executive Team to spend more time focusing on the company’s long-term strategic direction, ensuring continued growth and productivity within our industry. We will be engaging even more with our advertisers, exhibitors and industry leaders on key issues facing the future of the cannabis business from an executive level.”

Adam Headley most recently served as Vice President of MACE’sevents division at the company headquarters on the Central California Coast. Prior to his current role, Headley served as Director of Operations and Project Manager for MACE and prior to that, as the Administrative Assistant for a local agricultural laboratory.

Headley said, “The opportunity to work in such a dynamic and diverse industry is exciting. MACE’s commitment to innovation, service and unmatched value creation for our clients is a commitment that I look forward to continue contributing to as member of the team.”

Headley is a graduate of UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Scientific Computation. He was selected by MACE after coming from the bio-informatics industry, where he managed databases for a local agricultural laboratory.

Miranda concluded, “Adam is a trusted leader who has an internal history of delivering results. He is uniquely qualified to drive strategic prioritization and accountability within MACE, with a laser-focus on operational excellence. I have tremendous confidence in Adam’s ability to align our growth with industry-leading operational practices to drive and extend the next generation of MACE’s Event’s industry leadership.”
