TRENTON 420-FRIENDLY ENTERTAINMENT & WELLNESS EMPORIUM DEDICATED TO CELEBRATING ‘CANNABIS CULTURE’ PRESENTS EXPANDED PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE AMID NATIONWIDE CONSUMER BRANDING

TRENTON, NJ (March 2, 2020) – With spring around the corner and 420 Month (April) merely weeks away, NJWEEDMAN’S JOINT, the groundbreaking 420-friendly lounge concept increasingly recognized as “The Happiest Place on Earth,” enters the month of March hitting more new highs in what has become a burgeoning business empire.
Now drawing national cannabis media attention from Benzinga.com and Terpenes and Testing Magazine, the restaurant, performance venue and “safe space” for medical-cannabis consumers – nearing its 5th anniversary later in May – has successfully expanded its entertainment schedule, offering live music, comedy and wellness activities six nights a week. During the day, the ever-more-popular venue functions as a restaurant with an emphasis on healthy dining and “The Best and Only Munchie Menu in New Jersey,” catering especially to the cannabis consumer.
Coming in March are live comedy (the first three Wednesdays of the month), and live music from the Mighty River Band, the Cosmic Jerry Band, rock fusion band the Space Gurus , Steal Your Face, and the Juggling Suns Project, featuring Mark Diomede.
NJWEEDMAN’S JOINT also is featuring the monthly Karaoke & Kush Night (the last Thursday of each month), where you can join in and sing your favorite “green” songs, and the Formerly Known Artist Showcase. Not to be forgotten is the very popular Puff & Paint event each month. It’s smokin’!

And you don’t have to be anywhere near Trenton, NJ to enjoy these events! All events at NJWeedman’s Joint are now being live streamed in high-definition from the Indoor Stage to the Cannabis Nation around the globe.
Almost organically, co-owners Debi Madaio, a registered nurse, and her partner, location namesake and notorious cannabis advocate Edward “NJWeedman” Forchion, keep growing their visionary business operation – strategically located across the street from Trenton City Hall.
Another blooming aspect of the Joint is the online store (www.njweedmansjoint.com/online-store), where the national branding of NJWeedman is heating up through merchandising with a variety of pot-related items, including a full line of NJWeedman CBD products and outerwear, which will soon be offered.
According to Forchion, a national media figure who was advocating – and risking arrest and incarceration – for legalization more than two decades before the overwhelming majority of state residents supported it (62 percent according to various surveys), the expanded entertainment schedule and the NJWeedman brand is a mission statement of sorts. Forchion was recently named #1 by InsiderNJ on its Cannabis Power List of the top 100 influential voices in the cannabis debate.
The phrase “cannabis culture” is the key to the Joint’s “big picture.” Now that society in general, and politics in particular, appear to be catching up to Forchion’s weed-positive philosophy, he and Madaio — both business and life partners — are energized and inspired to ensure that the Joint becomes the ultimate secure, stress-free and wellness-focused gathering place for those who already embrace cannabis and its many benefits, as well as the “cannabis-curious.”
To that end, the restaurant and nighttime activities schedule are just two primary elements of the Joint. There is also the Liberty Bell Temple III, the adjacent space where those who have been sanctioned by the state to avail themselves of medical marijuana can join a community of fellow medical tokers in a safe, welcoming environment.
Ultimately, Madaio and Forchion envision their 420-friendly entertainment emporium as the vehicle by which they can effect positive change in the world.
