Apeks Supercritical Forges New Partnership to create Full-Service Solution in Cannabis Cultivation and Processing

Leading CO2 Extraction Design Manufacturer Acquired by Greenhouse Design firm Rough Brothers, Inc

JOHNSTOWN, OH (October 28, 2019) – Apeks Supercritical, an industry leading CO2 extraction manufacturer, announced today it has been acquired by Rough Brothers, Inc. (RBI), a Gibraltar company, and experts in both greenhouse design and manufacturing.  The move allows Apeks to join forces with RBI and other companies to form a dynamic partnership that further strengthens its ability to offer the best in extraction technologies to the global cannabis industry.

While Apeks Supercritical will continue to operate daily as an independent division of RBI, the relationship was carefully chosen to ensure the standards Apeks customers have come to know for quality engineering, fabrication and service remain in place.

“This investment allows us to plan for the future with greater resources, bringing new technologies and a more robust suite of services to our customers and partners throughout the world. As a result, a new dynamic, vertically integrated growing and processing solution for the booming cannabis industry has been formed. Apeks Supercritical joins RBI, and previously acquired Colorado based greenhouse solutions company, Nexus in providing this innovative holistic approach and unmatched expertise to the cultivating and processing market.

The end result will be a suite of fully customized growing and processing solutions to our customers- from designing and developing growing and processing facilities to manufacturing, building and integrating all the essential processes to produce the most diverse line of products.
