A topical is any type of cannabis product that is applied to an external part of the body. Topicals come in the form of lotions, balms, creams, and shampoos and help with a myriad of issues such as pain, dermatitis, and inflammation. Topicals do contain THC and CBD, but have a reduced effect compared to ingesting or smoking.
